10. Limitation of Liability

Nutricien LLC's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.00 or six months of subscription fees paid by you, whichever is greater.

Nutricien LLC — Privacy Policy

Nutricien LLC — Waiver Agreement

In consideration of participating with Nutricien LLC, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nutricien LLC, its employees, trustees, or agents from any and all claims.

Your participation is voluntary. You assume any risk associated with Nutricien and its services, including personal injury, illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, property damage, or other losses arising from participation in fitness training, exercise programs, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nutricien LLC harmless from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from your actions, misuse of services, or violation of this Agreement.

4. Right to Cancel

Nutricien LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion for safety, legal, operational, or policy concerns.

5. Health and Fitness Acknowledgment

You understand that fitness training, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching involve inherent risks including injury, illness, disability, or death. Professionals on the platform are independent contractors, not employees of Nutricien LLC. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You agree to consult a physician before beginning any program. You confirm you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your health decisions.

6. Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Talbot County, Maryland, by the American Arbitration Association.
